3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: All appointments must be booked through our Website or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Health and Safety

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, or allergies prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or modification of services.

  • Consent Forms: Clients must complete and sign a consent form before receiving any tattoo services. This form includes an acknowledgment of the risks associated with tattooing and a waiver of liability.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: Prices for our services are provided during consultations and are subject to change based on the complexity and size of the tattoo. The final price will be confirmed before your appointment.

  • Payments: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by Neko's Asylum. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

6. Refunds and Guarantee

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available for completed tattoos. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Neko's Asylum cancels the appointment.
